Detailed Itinerary :-
Day 01 : Arrive at Manali (Night @ Manali)
- Arrive at Manali and check in at hotel, Manali is a high-altitude Himalayan resort town in India’s northern Himachal Pradesh state. Breakfast & Dinner Included
Day 02 : Manali – Sarchu (Night @ Sarchu)
- By morning, after breakfast head take the road towards to Jispa via Keylong from here. Travel a total of 110 kms from Manali via Rohtang Pass, we will reach small village Tandi, located 7kms before the city of Keylong.Here Car Refuel at Tandi, It’s the last petrol station before reach at Leh and We will have processed for Sarchu, which is a tough 105kms stretch crossing the Bara-lacha La Pass. First halt would be at Darcha that is 10 kms from Jispa for police check post. Situated at 4890 mt. From Darcha to Bara-lacha La is around 40 kms. The name means ‘pass with crossroads on summit’ (roads from Ladakh, Spiti and Lahaul join at the top). This high mountain pass in the Zanskar range connects the Lahaul district in HP to Ladakh in J&K. We will later halt at colourfuldhabasBharatpur for lunch, then After 1-hour Travelling, we would reach at Sarchu which is our overnight place. Overnight at Camp. Breakfast & Dinner Included
Day 03 : Sarchu – Gata Loops & Moore Plains – Leh (Night @ Leh)
- After breakfast today we travel almost 230 kms. During the travelling on the way to you will be enjoy to full of beautiful landscapes. We will cross Gata Loops and Moore Plains on the way to Leh. Reach Leh by 1800hrs and retire. Overnight at hotel. Breakfast & Dinner Included
Day 04 : Leh Local Sightseeing | Acclimatize & Leisure (Night @ Leh)
- This morning after having a breakfast you would be proceed for visit at Rancho School, Shey Palace, Visit Military Hall of Fame, a glorious museum constructed by Indian army. You can see biographies of eminent defence personalities, images and weapons used during Kargil war, Siachen and its heroes and their daily instruments and lifestyle of Ladakhi people, Leh Palace, built in the 17th century in the grand tradition of architecture Tibetan. and Shanti Stupa built by Japanese monks to promote to world peace. After this Visit to Take a stroll in the market and enjoy shopping. Overnight stay in Leh Breakfast & Dinner Included
Day 05 : Leh to Nubra Valley (Night @ Hunder)
- This morning, proceed to Nubra Valley 135 kms, popularly known as Dorma or 'the valley of flowers’ In route visit Khardungla Pass 40 kms from Leh. (Mountain Pass at 5578 m / 18300 ft.) Khardung-La which means Pass of Lower Castle,' is major caravan route from Leh to Kashgar in Central Asia. On the way visit the main Diskit Monastery and the giant statue of Maitreya Buddha, this is the tallest Buddha statue in Ladakh. The rest of the evening is free for leisure activities. Overnight stay in Hunder, Nubra Valley Breakfast & Dinner Included
Day 06 : Nubra Valley to Leh (Night @ Leh)
- After having a Breakfast, Later visit the white sand dunes at Hunder where you can enjoy the Double Humped Bactrian camel ride. And return back to Leh. The rest of the evening is free for leisure activities. Overnight stay in Leh Breakfast & Dinner Included
Day 07 : Sightseeing of Alchi / Liker (Night @ Leh)
- After finish breakfast, visit En route see the You will visit GurudwaraPathar Sahib, a beautiful Gurudwara constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, See the marvelous Magnetic Hill, a gravity hill located near Leh in Ladakh, India. Reach at Alchi, (3500 m / 11500 feet) a small village in the Indus Valley, 67 kms west of Leh. Abandoned centuries ago the gompa or monastery is known as Chos-kor or religious enclave and comprises of five temples. Day 08 :Leh – Pangong Lake via Changla and Tangste (Night @ Pangong Lake)
- After morning breakfast, depart to Pangong Tso lake, which is 134 km (83 mi) long and extends from India to Tibet. 60% of the length of the lake lies in China. During the winter lake freezes completely, despite being saline water. Before reach at Pangong Lake, you will cross the Changla, a high mountain pass the world's 3rd highest motorable road. It is on the way to Pangong Lake from Leh. The name literally means "Pass towards the South" or "Pass in the South" (Chang - south, La - Pass). Overnight stay in Pangong. Breakfast & Dinner Included
Day 09 : Pangong Lake – Leh via same road via Chang La (Night @ Leh)
- By morning, after finish to breakfast proceed to Leh. On the way visit to Thiksey OR Hemis MonasteryThiksey:- 800-year-old gompa at Thiksey built on a hilltop and modelled on the famous Potala Palace in Lhasa and Hemis:- Largest and Reaches monastery in Ladakh. The rest of the day is for shopping at market. Overnight stay in Leh Breakfast & Dinner Included
Day 10 : Today with lifetime memory depart for Return to Home from Leh
- Today bid farewell to your ‘Adventurous Ladakh Four Wheel Road Trip – 2018’ as you are transferred to Leh airport for your onwards journey.
